We have implemented a payment option allowing customers to opt to "PAY-LATER" for their pre-orders. However we require payment in full for all items that have arrived in-stock. Payment requests will be sent out upon arrival of the item at our distributor. Processing/shipping times range from 2-3 days for our Canadian distributor and roughly 1-2 weeks for our US distributor based out of California.
ALL ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL BY THE TIME THEY HAVE ARRIVED IN STOCK WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR REMAINING BALANCES ARE CLEARED TO GUARANTEE YOU DO NOT LOOSE YOUR ORDER.
At the moment pre-orders must be paid for in full upon order and the pay-later system has been disabled. The good news is the store is growing quickly! The bad news is the store is growing quickly. Sadly the current pay-later system has been causing too many problems throughout the pre-order process with phantom orders, incorrectly entered card numbers, customers not answering payment requests when payments decline, expired cards, and most of all the amount of time it is currently taking up to manually put through these charges once the items have arrived at the distributor.
While it is definitely inconvenient to be forced to pay up-front for a pre-order this will help tremendously with streamlining the ordering process and allowing for more time to fulfill orders as well as answer emails and update release dates in a timely manner.
Options are currently being explored to migrate the site to a more robust platform that will hopefully allow for a superior pay-later system to be implemented that can verify the card is entered correctly upon checkout, manually put charges through at the appropriate time, and allow customers to update their payment method should the card expire. This change will have no impact on existing pay-later orders.
